We at Orchipedia will strive to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free shopping experience where they can make purchases confidently. We have a comprehensive return policy that is tailored to protect our customers. Live orchid plants are highly perishable by nature and thus have limitations in providing replacements. So we do not offer any replacement or refund in normal circumstances.

SHIPING
CANCELLATION
(i) Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, as the preparation for shipment
begins immediately.
(ii) We do not accept cancellations at the time of delivery.
RETURN
(i) If you receive a damaged or defective living product, or if the product doesn't match the
description on www.orchipedia.in, you can return it. Notify us of any deficiencies within 24
hours of receipt/purchase, providing details and supporting images. An uncut unboxing video is
mandatory for claims. Living products are sensitive to environmental factors beyond our control.
Return the product in its original condition with the same packaging for a replacement or refund.
No return requests will be accepted post 24 hours of delivery.
(ii) For damaged or defective non-living products, notify us within 24 hours with details and
images by emailing orchipedia@gmail.com.
Ensure the subject and content specify the issue clearly. We appreciate your understanding and
cooperation in adhering to our policy for a satisfactory resolution.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by the clients directly without any consent from our customer care executives. The returns will be made at your own cost.
REFUND
At Orchipedia, we understand that plans may change. Here's our refund policy for plant cancellations:

- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund.

- Refunds will be issued for canceled orders only if the cancellation is made within the specified time frame.

4. *Condition of Plants:*
- Refunds will be processed only if the plants have not been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not applicable.
5. *Refund Method:*
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the order placement.
6. *Partial Refunds:*
- If only a portion of the order is canceled, a partial refund may be issued, considering the items canceled.
7. *Non-Refundable Items:*
- Certain products may be non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
8. *Refund Processing Time:*
- Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.

By placing an order on www.orchipedia.in, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy.
It usually takes 2 to 3 days to process the order. We make sure that the plants are well-treated and dried before shipment to avoid any rotting in transit. During the monsoon season, some orders take longer. Usually, it took 4 to 5 days to deliver depending upon distance and courier services.
Our executive shall keep the customer informed if there is any delay in the process.
